Product Warranty

All products sold on our Website are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our Website.

  • Refund the purchase amount if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
  • Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions such as moisture, heat, or chemicals.
  • Minor irregularities in handcrafted or natural material-based products, which are inherent characteristics of such items.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect, along with images or videos.

Upon verification, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a store credit instead.

Claims After Warranty Period

Any claims made after the expiry of the Warranty Period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
